Inspector notes: Observed dry good cans such as 3 bean salad, baked beans, pinto beans, and chili Cuan corn with massive dents around the sides and top of it being isolated with "Dented Cans" sign and used in facility. COS: PIC and employees took the dry good cans which was stored in "Dented Cans" signs and discarded towards garbage.

Inspector notes: Observed improper cold holding temperatures in reach-in cooler -Egg salad (54F), White American Cheese sliced (46F), Sliced Tomatoes (50F), -Ambient (61F). COS: PIC moved items that were stored in reach-in cooler to walk-in cooler for proper cold holding within time/temperature control.

Inspector notes: Observed reach-in cooler with door hanging off the hinges which causes it not to close properly for cold holding. Observed Reach-in Cooler with ambient of (61F) which is above cold-holding minimum temperature of (41F).
