Inspector notes: Observed dry good cans such as 3 bean salad, baked beans, pinto beans, and chili Cuan corn with massive dents around the sides and top of it being isolated with "Dented Cans" sign and used in facility. COS: PIC and employees took the dry good cans which was stored in "Dented Cans" signs and discarded towards garbage.

Observed Reach-in Cooler with ambient of (61F) which is above cold-holding minimum temperature of (41F).
