Inspector notes: Observed the pipes in the walk in freezer with a thick build-up of ice. Also, observed a metal pan underneath the ice build-up catching water that had frozen. Make sure to move all food from underneath the leak and put in a service request to fix the pipe. PIC stated that a service order has already been placed in the system for the leak.
