Inspector notes: Observed potato salad in reach in cooler cold held at 60F. Ambient temperature of reach in refrigerator was 60F. COS, PIC discarded potato salad. No TCS foods shall be held in reach in cooler until cooler is fixed and written documentation is given to the lowndes county health department. All TCS foods shall be cold held in other reach in coolers in the facility. PIC called repair company during inspection.
