Inspector notes: Observation: Gasket(s) on the Duker cooler is/are torn. Discussed with the PIC to replace/repair any torn gaskets. CA: 1. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. Discussed with PIC to purchase/obtain Quat strips within 72 hours and to email photo of strips.
