Inspector notes: Observed tea bag in hand sink near tea urns. Observed same sink basin to be stained brown that is consistent with utilizing for dumping tea out of urns. CA: PIC removed tea bag and sanitized basin. RCA: Basin shall remain available for server's to use prior to running or preparing food. Sink shall also be utilized by food prep employee on fry side.
