The owners where given these documents on the pervious inspection done and was informed to have all employees sign them and to keep them on file. CA: Owner was emailed the document once again. Inspector notes: observed that cooking utensils were stored in standing water in a metal container on the grill. COS: PIC emptied the water and replaced with new clean water that will be heated up to 135F for proper sanitation of utensils. In use utensils (if stored in water) must be stored in clean water at 135 °F or higher, or under running water of sufficient velocity to flush particles to the drain.
