Time/temperature control for safety foods like hotdogs must be dated when opened and/or when they are to be discarded. Create a consistent date marking procedure and coach the staff on how to properly date foods. Products were discarded.

The ice scoop handle must never come in contact with the ice because the handle can become contaminated by unclean hands. The ice scoop was moved. Coach staff to store the scoop outside of the bin or with the handle up in the bin.
