Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that staff were using bare hands to place lemons onto glasses of tea. COS: Lemons were discarded & staff was supplied tongs. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to train staff that all ready to eat foods should be handled with washed and gloved hands or appropriate clean and sanitary equipment but never bare hands.

Inspector notes: Observed during the course of this inspection that multiple servicing cups and plates waiting to be used displayed old food/ debris buildup on them. COS: Items were removed and sent to be properly cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to train staff that serving utensils are to be stored in a clean dry area once they have been cleaned and sanitized and not stored in areas where they could be exposed to splashing.
