Inspector notes: Observed dish machine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Food handler stated that he does not always use sanitizing strips. Education was provided at the time. Observed buildup of slime on soda dispensing nozzles. Observed Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. CA: A chlorine solution shall have a minimum temperature shall be at a minimum of 50-100 PPM.
