Inspector notes: Observed no hot water at the front handsink. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Person in charge (PIC) states that the hot water is turned off because the sink was just fixed. When they turned on the hot water the faucet was leaking and the handle needs to be tightened. PIC fixed faucet.
