Inspector notes: Observed multiple TCS items holding in the WIC above 41 degrees. Observed the thermometer in the WIC reading at 50 degrees. COS- cooler was turned down and food was removed. 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - Time/Temperature Control for Safety; Cold Holding (P) (f) Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Hot and Cold Holding.
