Inspector notes: Observed employee handling raw pork with bare hands and fail to wash hands prior to switching tasks. Employee went on to contaminate ready-to-eat foods, customer plates, and more. Employees must always wash hands before switching tasks after handling raw meats. COS by instructing employee to wash hands. NOTE: There is a language barrier between management and kitchen staff. This must be addressed.
