Inspector notes: Observed quat sanitizer concentration at 0ppm inside of the 3rd compartment sink. After further investigation, it seems to be a clog in the sanitizing line for the 3 compartment sink. PIC was advised to manually dispense sanitizer and to utilize the test strips to monitor the concentration (200ppm-400ppm). PIC noted the issue in their EcoLab log to have service done on the sanitizer dispenser.
