Inspector notes: Observed multiple TCS food items in reach-in cooler at temperatures above 41F (mac&cheese, vegetable curry, meatballs, pasta, heavy cream). PIC stated that foods had been prepared the previous day and had not been moved from cooler. COS CA: PIC discarded affected foods. Upon further inspection it was determined that cooler fan had been blocked. For safety, TCS foods shall be held at 41F or lower.
