Inspector notes: Inspector observed built up soil on the inside of the soda dispenser nozzle; mold-like accumulation on a food contact surface (FCS). COS - PIC pulled nozzles for re-wash. Corrective action: deep clean drink nozzles by scrubbing with detergent (wash), rinsing, and then properly sanitizing; and to sanitize the nozzles daily - at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
