Dispensing unit at 3 compartment sink was observed with air bubble in line. -Observed Quat in spray bottle stored under rear prep table in the kitchen with chemical concentrations too low around 0ppm. CA: All Quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution must be at proper minimum concentration *COS, Sanitizer was hand poured to proper concentration by PIC. Have dispenser serviced to dispense at proper concentrations.

Inspector notes: -Observed multiple soda dispensing nozzles (Pepsi Zero, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Pepsi, etc.) soiled with slimy debris and sugar build up at the soda dispensing machine in the dining area of the facility. *CA: All food contact surfaces must be washed, rinsed, sanitized and free from accumulations. *COS, Nozzles were washed, rinsed, and sanitized by PIC at 3 compartment sink upon request.
