Inspector notes: - Observed several employee drinks not in approved containers on prep surfaces in main kitchen (bottled waters/personal re-usable cup) - COS, PIC moved drinks to reach in cooler on bottom shelf away from customer food items. CA: All employee drinks must be in single service cup with lid and a straw if will be in the kitchen and must be stored on a lower shelf away from food prep/storage areas.

CA: Ensure automatic paper towel dispensers work properly or have paper towels close to sink at all times to ensure employee hands are dried properly.
