Inspector notes: Observed chlorine sanitizer water solution in bucket at a concentration of 25PPM used to clean food contact surfaces ( cutting boards, countertops). Staff and PIC informed that the sanitizer shall be between 50PPM and 100PPM and that the current sanitizer is at 25PPM. Food handlers continued using sanitizer to clean food contact surfaces. PIC stepped in and advised food handler to change sanitizer. COS- chlorine sanitizer water solution remade to 100PPM.

COS- Scissors moved to 3 compartment sink and PIC washed, rinsed and sanitized knife holder.
