Inspector notes: Observed the hose not connected to the sanitizer solution for the dishwasher. The dishwasher is at 0 PPM chlorine. PIC attempted to connect the hose and prime the machine, but it still is not working. AutoChlor must be called to service the machine. A detailed service report must be emailed to sabrina.young@dph.ga.gov by 12/22 showing that the dishwasher has been serviced and is working properly. The 3-compartment sink must be set up to properly wash, rinse, and sanitize the dishes properly.
