Inspector notes: Observed no food allergen awareness training during time of inspection. Advised PIC Advised PIC employees are properly trained in food safety, including food allergy awareness, as it relates to their assigned duties. Food allergy awareness includes describing foods identified as major food allergens and the symptoms that a major food allergen could cause in a sensitive individual who has an allergic reaction to obtain and provide food allergen awareness training to the Health Authority.

Inspector notes: Upon arrival, observed back hand sink obstructed by multiple chairs and stools. Advised PIC that all hand wash sinks shall be maintained so that it is easily accessible at all times. COS: PIC removed chairs and stools from the back hand wash sink.

Inspector notes: Observed multiple sauce bottles without label of content name near the cookline of the main kitchen. Advised PIC working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. Advised PIC to label all sauce bottles with common name in English.

Inspector notes: Upon arrival, observed multiple bulk packages of raw beef thawing at room temperature. Advised PIC on proper thawing methods. COS: PIC relocated raw been to the meat prep sink and ran cool running water for proper thawing.

Inspector notes: observed visible light entry at the bottom of the screen door with the back door open. Advised PIC outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
