Inspector notes: Observed hand wash sink at the front food service area not working; PIC stated the water was disconnected two days ago due to a leak and it is supposed to be fixed next week. CA: A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. COS: The handwash sink needs to be fully operational and accessible within 72 hours. In the mean time, employees must use the back kitchen hand wash sink. The door to the kitchen must remain opened so hands are not re-contaminated after hand washing.
