Inspector notes: Observed half and half and keifer to be cold-holding above 41F in reach-in cooler (see temperature log). Observed ambient temperature of 70F towards front of cooler as cooler door was left open at some point before inspection. COS: PIC discarded of all TCS items stored in cooler. Will verify that cooler is holding at 41F before holding any TCS items in unit.
