Inspector notes: Floors were patched until remodel, but remodel was halted and kitchen reopened while the club house kitchen was remodeled. The floors have areas that are not holding up or were not patched and now a problem. The WIC and Freezer floors also need attention. A new plan/timeline must be submitted to the health department for review and approval. This should be submitted by the end of March 2026.
