Inspector notes: Observed pan of peeled onions next to raw whole ground beef on the bottom shelf in walk in cooler. Observed frozen fries being stored above raw sausage links and raw corn beef hash which was above raw fish and raw shrimp in reach in cooler. COS: PIC and employee rearranged those items prior to the proper storage of raw animal foods from ready to eat and cooked foods to prevent contamination.
