Corrective action: inspect canned goods when received and either discard dented cans or place in a separate area marked and labeled "DO NOT USE" to until returned to the distributor for credit.

Inspector notes: Observed mold-like growth on the lines connected to the water filter, dump sinks, and the entire drink station area. 3 compartment sink seal at wall. COS Corrective action: at the end of the day melt the ice, deep clean and sanitize ice bin, sinks, and drink station shelves/area and then clean with a frequency to avoid a buildup of moldlike substance.
