Inspector notes: Observed 3 compartment sink not dispensing sanitizer. CA advised PIC to contact service provider to service the sanitizer disperser. Warewashing Machines, Automatic Dispensing of Detergents and Sanitizers. A warewashing machine that is installed after September 12, 2007 shall be designed and equipped to: automatically dispense detergents and sanitizers Pf and incorporate a visual means to verify that detergents and sanitizers are delivered or a visual or audible alarm to signal if the detergents and sanitizers are not delivered to the respective washing and sanitizing cycles.

Inspector notes: Observed the hot water on the sink in the restroom only reach 80 degrees. CA- sink shall reach 100 degrees. 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - Water Supply, Capacity; Pressure (Pf) (g) Capacity. 1. Inspector notes: Observed buildup on the shelves in the RICs. CA- coolers shall be cleaned. 511-6-1.05(7)(a)2,3 - Equipment, Food/Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils, food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment & nonfood-contact surfaces free of accumulations (C) 2. The food-contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other soil accumulations. 3. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Inspector notes: Observed no self closure on the restroom door. CA- restroom shall have self closing doors. 511-6-1.07(2)(l) - Toilet Rooms, Enclosed (C) (l) Toilet Rooms, Enclosed. Except where a toilet room is located outside a food service establishment and does not open directly into the food service establishment, such as a toilet room that is provided by the management of a shopping mall, a toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door.
