Inspector notes: Observed ice machine was stored in an unpermitted area where unauthorized personnel and vendors have access; observed that the vendors are using this ice and then the facility is using the same ice for their uses. Concerns of contamination if equipment that is not under the control of the permit holder is used. COS. Ice was burned and ice from the ice machine at the bar was used. CA: Persons unnecessary to the food service establishment area not allowed in food preparation or storage areas; exposed food and clean equipment shall be protected from contmaination.

Inspector notes: Observed employee drink, an open can, stored in the bar area. COS. Removed. CA: Employee drinks shall be stored in single-use containers with a lid and a straw and shall be handled to prevent contamination.

Inspector notes: Observed that the facility had an absorbent powder kit to use with cleaning up vomit and diarrheal events, however, staff was unable to discuss how it would be properly cleaned up and it would be disinfected. Inspector notes: Observed that the facility is washing dishes using their mechanical warewasher at the bar, however, no sanitizer is being dispensed and the machine does not use high-temperature sanitization. COS. Dishes will be washed in the mechanical warewasher and then sanitized in the 3-compartment sink using the Purrell Food Surface Sanitizer on site; this is the only sanitizer on site.
