Inspector notes: Observed multiple food items (tomatoes, cheese, shrimp, burger, and ham) in prep top cooler holding above 41F. See temperatures in report. Reach in cooler seems to not be working properly, PIC stated that items were holding 41F and below this morning. CA: PIC discarded all TCS foods that were out of temperature. Time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below.
