Inspector notes: Observed two handwashing sinks in the main kitchen without hot water. One sink had the hot water valve turned off, and the other sink was not producing adequately heated water. (RCA): Handwashing sinks must be equipped to provide tempered water at a minimum temperature of 85°F (29.4°C) through a mixing valve or combination faucet to ensure proper handwashing, in accordance with DPH Rule 511-6-1-.06(2)(f).
