Inspector notes: Observed rinsing of hands and drying with air conditioner and donning gloves without washing hands before. Missing soap dispenser at hand sink but does have dish soap container nearby under dish sink. Make sure to lather hands with hand soap after wetting hands, then rinse prior to drying hands with paper towels or drying under a hand dryer then done gloves. COS: retrained on proper handwashing.

Inspector notes: Missing sink for washing vegetables. Switch from head of lettuce observed to prewashed packaged vegetables or install a vegetable prep sink.
