CA: Quat sanitizer shall be made to the manufacturer's recommended concentration for food contact surfaces. COS: PIC remade the sanitizer solutions to 200ppm quat. Advised to re-train employees on how to make and check the sanitizer solution concentration, for food contact surfaces.
