Inspector notes: Observed a single use cup with red drink and with no lid on the prep table area, pen was also observed on the prep area. CA: prep area should not have any personal belongings, and drinking cups should have lids on and be stored away from the prep areas. COS: Items were removed from the prep table.

Inspector notes: Observed a bag of liquid chemical in the rare hand sink (next to the three compartment sink) during the walk through inspection and during the inspection, a green-dish sponge was observed in the hand sink. CA: Hand sinks are only use for hand sinks. COS: PIC took out the liquid bag out of the hand sink.
