Inspector notes: Observed black build only above and inside of the Coco Cola nozzle. COS: Build up showed to PIC who then cleaned the nozzle and removed the build up above the nozzle. CA: Nozzles and machine shall be kept clean of all build up and debris.

Inspector notes: Observed tomatoes and diced ham being stored on prep top cooler above 41F. Upon discussion with PIC it was determined that she "believed" the items were placed on the line at the end of 3rd shift at 5am but was unsure. COS: PIC discarded of items that had a temperature above 41F.
