Inspector notes: Observed the W.I.C. not holding the cold holding temperature of 41 degree or lower to keep the PHF from becoming contaminated from temperature abuse, all coolers should be working properly to ensure that the cold holding temperature is correct to keep the PHF below 41-degree or lower in the W.I.C . The manager had maintenace call to come and check W.I.C.
