Inspector notes: Observed waffle spoon with old waffle batter build up. Manager was advised to remove the spoon from the waffle batter to be properly cleaned and sanitized and replace with a new spoon.

Inspector notes: Observed front hand sink wastewater disposing onto the floor. The pipe and sink were observed to be disconnected. Manager repaired the pipe and water wastewater was properly disposed into the floor drain.
