Inspector notes: Observed red sticky residue in the cabinets where single use cups, lips, and bowls are stored in the main kitchen area. Observed rusted shelves in the reach in cooler towards the back of the kitchen in need of replacing or repainting with food grade paint.

Inspector notes: Observed excessive condensation leak in the reach in cooler in the back of the kitchen causing water to pool at the bottom of the cooler. Raw eggs and waffle batter were observed in the reach in cooler in good condition. Manager was advised to remove the food items and discontinue the use of the reach in cooler until repairs have been made. Please send an email to keundra.golden@dph.ga.gov of work order for the reach in cooler as well as a complete work order when the repairs have been made.
