PICs were unable to explain to tell how management responds to specific employee symptoms/illnesses or what things must be reported to the health authority. CA: During inspection and upon request, PIC shall be able to explain how the employee health policy ensures staff is aware of their reporting requirements, PICs know how to respond to each symptom/illness reported, and PICs know which symptom/illnesses must be reported to the health authority.
