Discussed having the prep cooler repaired and cleaned as there is a lot of ice build up around the fan. COS: TCS foods in prep cooler(cheese, tomatoes, cooked mushrooms, impossible burgers) discarded and ice baths made lettuce and replacement food products. Discussed using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) temporarily.
