CA- ice machine shall be cleaned at a frequency to prevent buildup.

Inspector notes: Observed failure to provide a smooth and easily cleanable surface on the floor in the main kitchen. Observed walk-in freezer has heavy condensation on the ceiling. Observed cracked on wall base in some areas of the kitchen, and and cracked floor tile near hand sink closest to the ice machine. 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - Good Repair, physical facilities maintained; Cleaning, Frequency & Restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (C)(5) Maintenance and Operation. PIC placed a work order for repairs (a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. PIC was advised that floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Must replace/install floor tiles.
