Inspector notes: EHS observed pink like substance on the bar that is right above the ice. EHS questioned PIC how often do they clean the unit. He stated that it was new and they received it in October. CA-PIC needs to make sure that employees are routinely cleaning the ice machine to reduce pink like substance from appearing.
