Inspector notes: Cardboard used to line shelves in the reach in cooler. Nonfood-contact equipment not designed and constructed in a durable manner. Observed an absorbent material above the heat lamp that was being used to stabilize the heat lamp. The sponge like material was also not cleanable. PIC will remove and use a cleanable piece of equipment to replace the absorbent material.
