Observed raw pooled eggs stored above carrots and a vegetable mix of peas and carrots in the walk-in cooler in the main kitchen. Observed raw beef stored above brewed sweet tea in the walk-in cooler in the main kitchen. CA: Raw animal proteins shall be stored according to their minimal required cook temperature to protect from cross contamination. COS: Vegetables were moved above eggs in walk-in cooler. Beef/hamburger was moved above chicken in prep top cooler. Beef was moved to on top of raw chicken in walk in cooler.
