Inspector notes: Observed one food employee handling raw meat (took raw chicken into the walk in cooler) without washing hands and proceeds to wearing gloves and cooking. Observed another food employee walked into the kitchen without washings and proceeds to putting on gloves and attempting to start cooking. CA:: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles and When switching between working with raw food and working with ready-to-eat food. And after engaging in other activities that contaminate the hands. COS: Both employee was informed to wash hands and Hands were properly washed.

Inspector notes: Observed that the facility does not have the proper disinfectant/sanitizer solution to clean up vomiting/diarrheal. CA: food establishment shall have written procedures for employees to follow and an EPA registered disinfectant effective against Norovirus available on-site at the food service establishment when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. COS: A proper and approved, EPA registered disinfectant was purchased on site to be used.
