Inspector notes: Observed stirring spoon stored in a cup of water of 60F by the milkshake and lemonade station. PIC was advised to either keep spoon in hot water of 135F or to keep in inside of a clean container with no water. PIC discarded the water and will implement using a empty cup to store the stirring spoon. Observed chicken breader scoop stored on top of the breader container in way that could potentially cause contamination from being exposed. PIC was advised to place scoop in a clean container or to place the scoop inside of the breader with the handle sticking out. PIC corrected on site.

Inspector notes: Observed a clean box of linen stored on the floor. The box was observed to be wet due to employees cleaning the floor. PIC was advised to quickly remove all aprons from the floor and to keep all linen 6 inches off the floor. PIC corrected on site.
