Was violation previous inspection. -Observed leaky pipe at rear of ice machine in the front service area of the kitchen. Standing water was observed behind ice machine. *Observed leak at basin of prep sink located in the rear kitchen area across from the mop sink. *CTM, Have Pipe at ice machine, prep sink and prep top cooler serviced and send documentation to Kristen.Tyler@dph.ga.gov within 72hrs.

Inspector notes: -Observed multiple containers of tcs food items (Garden salad 50F, Sliced Cheese 52F, Pico Salsa 49F, Coleslaw 51F, Asian Coleslaw 62F, and Sliced Tomatoes) not being cold held at 41F or below in the cold well portion of the prep top cooler closest to the flat top grill of the rear kitchen area of the facility. Ambient temperature in the cold well portion of the prep top cooler was around 48F. Reach in portion of the prep top cooler ambient was around 36F. *COS, All out of temp food items were discarded upon request by employee. Garden salad was rapid cooled in walk in cooler. Employee stated fresh bag was just opened and was not in prep top cooler <2hrs prior to discovery.

Chicken had been thawing >2hrs prior to discovery.
