Inspector notes: Observed a wall vent underneath the 3-compartment sink that appeared to be broken and/or missing some pieces such that it essentially forms an open gap from the outside directly into the inside space. Discussed with person in charge to repair/replace the vent so that there is not a large open gap in the wall, such that pests can easily enter inside

Inspector notes: Observed a floor drain across from the 3-compartment sink with what appeared to be stagnant water in it/the water did not appear to be draining properly. Discussed with person in charge to have a plumber look at the floor drain and fix/unclog the floor drain if necessary, so that it drains and flows properly. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection
