The surface the ice scoop was resting on had an accumulation of dust and other debris coming into contact with the ice scoop. The establishment shall store utensils in a manner that reduces the risk of contamination between uses. The manager washed, rinsed, and sanitized the scoop before placing it in a clean container for storage
