Inspector notes: Observed hand sink next to three-compartment sink halfway detached from wall. Hand sink is functioning properly by supplying both hot and cold water and discharging into approved sewage at time of inspection. Observed hot and cold-water lines and handles swapped at the prep sink at time of inspection. Swap water line and handle so that hot water is on the left side of the prep sink by next inspection. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection
