Handwashing sink water not at required temperature

Inspector notes: Observed the hand washing sink by the three compartment sink reach a temperature of 77*F. Hot water was observed at all other sinks. Also observed the hand wash sink in the front service area blocked by a large garbage can. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained accessible and in a condition that promotes handwashing. Facility Manager worked on the hot water supply at time of inspection and the was able to supply 100*F at time of inspection. Garbage at front sink was relocated
