Inspector notes: Observed low temperature dishwashing machine actively being used, dispensing 0 PPM of chlorine sanitizer. PIC placed a service call to technician at time of inspection. Please repair prior to 4.3.26. Three compartment sink was set up at time of inspection, bringing sanitizer levels to 200 PPM at time. PIC was instructed to re-wash and sanitize dishes in three compartment sink that had previously beenwashed in low temp machine
